Maritime Heritage – A Look Back

    Although this is not a collection of paintings devoted to the Marco Polo, when I first viewed Dusan Kalec's work I was immediately taken to a time when the Marco Polo was still filling her sails with strong winds and adventurous times. I think you'll agree that Mr. Kalec has a gift for details and brings life to his "Maritime Master Pieces"

    Dusan Kadlec has recently been named by the Tall Ships 2000 committee as the official artist for the upcoming visit of the Tall Ships in Halifax in July. This is a project Dusan is very proud and excited to be a part of. He is currently working on a number of original new pieces to commemorate the millenium event.
